* HNC/HND/Degree qualification or relevant experience in Quality Management.
* Relevant competency skills cards for site-based work.
* IRCA recognised or other ISO 9001 Auditor qualification.
* Membership of QCI preferred.
* Proven expertise in assurance regimes for major projects.
* Experience working on large infrastructure projects in similar roles.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Ensure project team understands their roles in Quality & Assurance, and their responsibilities to meet requirements.
Hold the Head of Technical Services accountable for delivering Quality & Assurance, demonstrated through monthly KPIs.
Drive productivity and innovation across projects, leveraging digitalisation and learning to prevent errors.
Collaborate with the Head of Technical Services to strengthen client relationships and meet Quality, Cost & Schedule deliverables.
Mentor and develop project Quality personnel, with a succession plan for capable resources.
Develop and implement surveillance programmes to ensure ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance.
Support project teams in developing ISO 9001 compliant Inspection Test Plans, Quality Plans, and Checklists.
Manage the closure of non-conformities and performance improvement actions promptly.
