Job Description:
The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all incoming briefs, oversee ongoing projects, and ensure successful delivery of final jobs from the Image team.
This position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.
The role involves managing various specialist areas including 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, methodical, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The goal is to support clients across all media globally, requiring high competency in project management, multitasking, and deadline management. The role involves planning work schedules, maintaining records, communicating changes, and ensuring continuous updates with project stakeholders.
Accountabilities:
* Take briefs from any business area, plan, and oversee delivery of all image assets.
* Develop positive relationships within the team to foster an expert working environment.
* Understand client challenges to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review processes, and production workflows.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, tracking job statuses daily.
* Keep team members updated on project progress.
* Support and motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Maintain high attention to detail to ensure briefs are accurate and complete.
* Coordinate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery.
* Act as a communication link between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage account systems, including raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance imagery.
* Ensure all estimates are approved before work begins.
* Process invoices promptly and accurately.
Skills:
This role requires at least 3 years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A keen interest in CG and/or photography is advantageous. The candidate should be eager to learn relevant software to enhance efficiency and confidence. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a personable nature.
