This is a senior Maintenance Manager position within a complex, high-volume manufacturing site. Sitting as part of the Senior Leadership Team, youll take full ownership of maintenance strategy, engineering compliance, asset care, and site reliability, while leading a multi-disciplinary engineering function.

The Maintenance Manager will shape how maintenance is delivered, how assets are cared for, and how engineering compliance is governed across the site balancing hands-on technical credibility with strategic leadership.

What Youll Be Doing: Maintenance Manager

1. Owning and delivering the site-wide Asset Care and Maintenance strategy
2. Leading all engineering compliance, including health & safety, statutory inspections, and audit readiness
