Clinical Support Worker – South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust
We are recruiting Clinical Support Workers to join our nursing teams at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust, with a range of opportunities available across our hospital sites and within our community teams.
Clinical Support Workers play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care, supporting the smooth flow of patients through the hospital and into the wider community. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive safe, effective, and person-centred care throughout their journey across our services.

We are currently accepting applications for both full‑time and part‑time positions. Roles involve rotational shift working, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, with unsocial hours enhancements. Clinical Support Workers deliver high‑quality, caring and compassionate personal care, along with associated duties, under the direction and supervision of a registered professional, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW), you will make a valuable contribution to the delivery of high‑quality care within the Trust. You will support registered professionals in providing safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients and their relatives.

There will be opportunity to complete an apprenticeship at Level 2 or 3 depending on previous experience where you can obtain a “Healthcare Support Worker” qualification.
