We've been helping non-fault drivers get back on the road for 30 years, by providing like-for-like replacement vehicles, expert claims assistance and a genuinely caring service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for First Response Claims Handlers to join our fast-paced, fun and supportive team!
What You'll Be Doing
* Handling new accident referrals from our trusted partners and guiding our clients through the initial steps in their claim.
* Investigating accident details to assess liability, damages and potential fraud.
* Explaining our services and benefits to our clients in a clear & confident way – feeling confident in negotiating and sales skills is a benefit!
* Organising suitable replacement vehicles quickly and efficiently.
* Managing multiple client accounts with empathy and professionalism.
* Making smart, commercial decisions that benefit both the customer and the business.
* Delivering top-tier customer service with empathy & energy.
* Promoting our services with confidence and care.
What You Bring
* A friendly and engaging phone manner.
* Strong communication, listening skills, and decision-making skills.
* Great time management and attention to detail.
* The ability to stay calm and make quick, informed decisions.
* A passion for helping people and working in a team.
* A team-first attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook).
* Bonus points for knowledge of the automotive or insurance world—but not essential!
