Job Title: IT Project Coordinator
We are a fast-growing and highly successful organisation seeking an IT Project Coordinator.
Purpose of the Job
In this role, you will support the delivery of a significant programme of IT projects that will transform our service delivery to customers.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate change control processes and change approval meetings.
2. Ensure projects follow approved frameworks and maintain proper documentation.
3. Monitor and manage project plans to meet deadlines.
4. Identify and manage project changes.
5. Provide administrative support as needed.
6. Undertake project tasks, including research and documentation such as plans, tasks, and testing records.
7. Assess and record project risks and issues, providing solutions where applicable.
8. Organise and participate in stakeholder meetings, documenting and following up on actions and decisions.
9. Build strong relationships with IT colleagues, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to achieve project objectives.
10. Keep stakeholders updated on progress and provide necessary information and training for new systems.
11. Coordinate technical and user testing, recording issues and arranging test sign-offs.
12. Monitor project budgets, maintain records, and report variations to management.
Person Specification
Experience Required
* Demonstrable experience working as part of a team to implement new systems and ways of working.
* Experience in project management tasks such as planning, reporting, and documentation.
* Experience building productive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
* Knowledge of project management processes and tools.
* Knowledge of housing management processes and systems.
* Experience in change management processes.
* Experience creating and maintaining technical and project records.
* Current knowledge of IT trends and cybersecurity issues.

Excellent training and career development opportunities are available for the right candidate. The basic salary ranges from £32,000 to £35,000 plus excellent benefits. The role is based in Sevenoaks (Kent), with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote each week.
