You'll be supported by brilliant people, with fantastic career development opportunities.As Deli Manager, you will:Listen to and understand customers' needs, advising them about products and services.Provide first-class service to all customers.Allocate work duties to ensure all tasks are covered and a high-quality service is maintained.Exercise and enforce constant watch over Health & Safety, Security, Discipline and Due Diligence.Carry out food safety control checks to ensure all standards are maintained and recorded.Ensure stock is correctly positioned and priced, and that waste recording procedures are followed.Prepare and cook food in line with company procedure and Health and Safety regulations.Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the Delish Deli department (front and back) at all times.Enforce all legislative demands relating to fire, health, hygiene and safety.Undertake other duties as required.Skills for SuccessA genuine passion for food, with a proven track record of delivering fantastic customer experiences in a similar role.At least 1 year's experience in a serviced food role, with a professional approach to developing Delish Deli as a destination for food on the go.At least 6 months' experience leading a team.A positive attitude and love for people, you'll inspire and motivate your team.Creative flair and an eye for detail, ensuring excellent presentation and standards.Knowledge of Food Safety practices and procedures, minimum Level 2 Food Safety qualification required.Commercial awareness and ability to deliver on Key Performance Indicators such as sales, costs and profitability.Are We Right for You?It's important that you feel aligned with the values we live and work by:Ambition We always strive to be better.
