The Opportunity:
We are seeking a visionary Director of Rooms, to lead our Rooms Division and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Butlers and Guest Services, ensuring seamless operations, elevated service standards, and strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and inspire the Rooms team to deliver the brand’s signature service vision.
2. Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Butlers and Guest Services.
3. Develop and implement strategies aligned with brand standards and guest expectations.
4. Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and optimize departmental performance.
5. Champion guest satisfaction through continuous improvement and personalized service.
6. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and employee engagement.
7. Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
8. Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
9. Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in Rooms Division or hotel operations.
10. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in luxury hospitality environments.
11. Strong financial acumen and operational expertise.
