We are currently looking for an Receptionist who excels in customer service, has strong communication skills and team spirit to work on busy mental health in-patient receptions, based at Woodview, Whalley. Hours of work are 20.5 hours per week – The rota for the hours Week 1Wed 7-3, Thurs 7-3 and Fri 3-9 = 21 hours Week 2Tues 7-3, Wed 7-3 and Thurs 4-9 = 20 hours Reception is covered 7 days a week including bank holidays 7am – 9pm. The base is at Woodview, Whalley. Inpatient Unit, but as the need occurs you will be expected to cover other receptions across Pennine. The role requires organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload. Experience of Microsoft Word & Excel is essential – training for in house systems will be given. You will be meeting and greeting visitors and service users, dealing with telephone calls, issuing swipes and alarms to staff/visitors, dealing with the post along with other general office duties. The post is subject to a satisfactory standard DBS clearance. This post may close early due to high numbers of applications so you are advised to apply promptly.
