Duties

* Support the culinary team with various tasks, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients as directed.
* Engage with customers by providing information about menu items and upselling specials when appropriate.
* Help manage inventory by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and high-quality service.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
* Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
* Basic maths skills for measuring ingredients and managing stock levels.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
* A proactive attitude towards helping others and contributing positively to the work environment.

* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
