Looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join a leading property services company based in Coalville 6 month FTC offering £36,000 van and fuel card and great benefits We are after someone who has previous domestic experience completing day to day Multi Trade repair works You will be able to carry out a verity of remedial trades including Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering, Plumbing and Groundworks Customer focused approach ensuring a "right first time" fix for tenants Able to work to tight deadlines, working solely on certain tasks as well as a team You will need: Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months (company van provided) Previous experience as a Multi Trader, ideally in a Social Housing environment NVQ 2 Trade related qualification or equivalent If you are interested in this role please attach an updated cv and we will be in touch!
