About the Role: As an Advanced Practitioner, you will: Offer practice leadership and support to less experienced social workers. Manage a complex caseload while modelling excellent social work practice. Contribute to quality assurance, audit activities, and service development. Play a pivotal role in embedding reflective, evidence-based practice across the team. ✅ What We’re Looking For: A qualified social worker, registered with Social Work England. Minimum three years post-qualifying experience in statutory children's services. Proven ability to manage complex cases and provide practice guidance to others. Strong communication, assessment, and leadership skills. Two detailed, practice-based references are required prior to engagement, using the standard agency reference template.
