Socius Ltd is an employment agency which is owned and managed by two long-established Lincolnshire family farms. We provide staffing solutions to the local agricultural and horticultural sectors and prides its on the fair treatment of its workforce. We are looking for a Multilingual Labour Agency Administrator to join our focused, friendly and supportive team.
This is a pivotal role acting as the bridge between our workforce, our labour managers, and our clients. You will ensure that our operations are efficient, our workers are supported, and all compliance standards are met.
There is some flexibility with hours but this role will be part of rota which will involve some hours over alternate weekends.

Tasks involved
* Candidate Management: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pool of available candidates and resource staff according to client demand.
* Compliance & Onboarding: Administering the onboarding process, including sending packs, creating candidate files, and performing rigorous UK Right to Work checks (including Share Code verification).
* Audit Readiness: Assist with agency audits, ensuring 100% compliance with GLAA (Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority) standards.
* Site Safety: Conduct regular site visits to ensure health and safety compliance and worker welfare.
* Payroll Administration: Review labour timesheets, monitoring hours to ensure strict adherence to the Working Time Directive.
* Relationship Management: Anticipate the needs of Labour Managers and Customers to provide a proactive, seamless service.
Person Specification
* Languages: Must be fluent in English plus a combination of Russian, Romanian, or Bulgarian.
* Experience: Proven background working within a Labour Agency environment with a solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
* Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Word, and Access).
* Compliance Focus: A meticulous eye for detail regarding legal documentation and GLAA regulations.
* Reliability: Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle the "on-call" requirements of a seasonal industry.
* Soft Skills: A pragmatic problem-solver with the ability to communicate clearly and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£13.70 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
