We are working with London’s top flooring and tiling companies and are expanding our teams across London, Essex, Bucks & Herts. We’re looking for Flooring Supervisors, Project Managers, Contract Managers, plus ambitious Trainee Managers, Estimators & Quantity Surveyors.
Salary:

Trainee PM/CM – up to £40k
*
Supervisor – up to £50k
*
Project Manager – up to £60k
*
Contract Manager – up to £65k
*
Estimator – up to £70k
*
Quantity Surveyor – up to £100k
Start: ASAP
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven flooring or tiling experience (essential)
*
Experience across commercial & residential projects
*
SMSTS or SSSTS + valid CSCS card
*
Strong leadership, organisational & communication skills
*
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
*
Client-focused mindset with high standards
Your Role:

Manage flooring/tiling projects from start to finish
*
Lead site teams & subcontractors
*
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time & on budget
*
Manage client relationships and contracts
*
Support business growth and raise standards
