The Role As Home Manager, youll take the lead in overseeing all aspects of the homes operations ensuring the highest standards of clinical, operational, and financial performance. Youll inspire and motivate your team, drive continuous improvement, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. Key responsibilities include: Managing all aspects of the homes operation including care delivery, budgets, staffing, and compliance Leading and developing the care team to deliver person-centred, high-quality care Ensuring full compliance with CQC standards and regulations Overseeing Health & Safety, safeguarding, and infection control practices Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders Identifying and implementing service improvements to maintain and exceed quality standards Acting as the Registered Manager and promoting a culture of accountability, excellence, and compassion About You Youll be an accomplished care leader with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care and a proven ability to manage complex clinical needs.
