An exciting opportunity has arisen for two confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join a vibrant and high-achieving secondary school in Brent. Working across Key Stages 3 and 4, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment when teachers are absent. Key Responsibilities
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes across KS3 and KS4
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and engaging learning environment
• Support students’ progress and well-being in line with school values
• Communicate clearly and confidently with staff and students

• Experienced as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school setting
• Calm under pressure, quick-thinking, and an excellent communicator
