We are delighted to be supporting a Dumfries based business with their search for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their team.\n\nThis business is a specialist supplier of night vision, thermal imaging and advanced optics, serving pest control, wildlife management and outdoor enthusiasts.\nYou will be joining a team that prides itself on its passion, expertise, quality of service, knowledge and friendly approach.\n\nWe are looking for a motivated apprentice who will play an integral role in supporting both marketing and sales, helping build and strengthen the digital presence of this business, whilst delivering excellent customer experiences\n\nThis is an office-based role, so you will already live within easy commuting distance to Dumfries.\n We are seeking a motivated apprentice who will play a vital role in supporting both marketing and sales, helping to build and strengthen the digital presence of the company while delivering excellent customer experiences.\n\nYou will be in a great position to develop and grow with the business gaining exposure to many elements, including:\nâ¢\tDigital content creation\nâ¢\tSocial media\nâ¢\tCustomer service\nâ¢\tProduct knowledge\nâ¢\tEvents\n\nAdditionally, you will be supported throughout a Digital Applications Apprenticeship by your own dedicated Assessor from Elite Training. Upon completion, you will gain an industry-recognised qualification, as well as the opportunity to participate in other relevant training courses to further enhance your learning experience.\n\nThe Role\nWhilst sharing broader responsibilities with the team your key responsibilities will also include:\n\nMarketing and Digital\nâ¢\tPlan and publish content across social channels (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) that echoes the expertise and customer-centred brand.\nâ¢\tMonitor platforms, respond to comments and messages, escalating when required.\nâ¢\tAssist with content creation (images, short-form videos) and help design assets using tools like Canva.\nâ¢\tUpload and format blog posts, applying basic SEO (keywords, meta tags).\nâ¢\tReview and respond to Feefo reviews: show appreciation, share feedback where required.\nâ¢\tHelp build and schedule email campaigns: proofread, upload images, test links.\nâ¢\tCollect campaign and social media analytics, report on performance.\n\nSales and Customer Support\nâ¢\tManage outbound and inbound sales & aftersales enquiries via phone, email, in person.\nâ¢\tLearn the product range inside out, especially thermal imaging, night vision, optics.
