Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Negotiator based in Plymouth. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and potential buyers, facilitating property sales and lettings, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The Sales Negotiator will also generate leads, maintain client relationships, and provide updates on the property market to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Estate Agency
Proven ability in Sales and negotiation skills
Excellent Customer Service and client relationship management
Exceptional Communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs
Prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred
