Your new role You will handle incoming customer calls, providing timely and accurate information, resolve queries, complaints, and service issues with empathy and efficiency. You will log all customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy. You will escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary. You will follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies. You will meet individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores. What you'll need to succeed We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Call Handler with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
