As a AM Shift Supervisor at Evri, youll play a key role in supporting the Transport and Shift Managers in delivering a safe, efficient, and compliant transport operation. Youll be the main lead during the day shift, ensuring high performance across the team and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brief and debrief drivers, manage rotas and holidays to optimise shift efficiency
2. Ensure vehicle and route compliance with legal and operational standards
3. Support planning to meet CPU requirements and control transport costs
4. Maintain operational standards using 5S and Blue Book guidelines
