Key responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective volunteer recruitment and retention strategies
* Design and deliver training and support programmes for volunteers
* Coordinate volunteer activities and events
* Monitor and evaluate volunteer programmes to ensure continuous improvement
* Maintain accurate records and generate reports on volunteer engagement and impact
Essential qualifications and skills:
* Relevant experience in volunteer management or a related field
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and volunteer management software
