Healthcare Assistant – Neurological & Specialist Care
Day Shifts, full-time hours
Salary: Up to £13.90 per hour + enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays
Full UK driving licence and access to a car required – no public transport available to the site

What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting is essential
* Ideally experienced in neurological, complex care, or palliative care
* Sound knowledge of care legislation, safeguarding, and infection control
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Kind, patient, and professional with a strong sense of empathy
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car required – no public transport available to the site

* Assist with the assessment, planning, delivery, and review of individualised care plans
* Provide high-quality personal care and support in line with best practices
* Observe and report any changes in service users’ physical or emotional wellbeing
* Encourage independence and personal choice in daily activities
* Contribute to a safe and supportive environment by following health & safety protocols
* Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
