Description
The Corporate Real Estate Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring Arrow Global's corporate offices across the UK, EMEA, North America, and other international locations operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with strategic workplace, compliance, and ESG objectives. This position supports the delivery of a unified global approach to real estate, facilities management, regulatory compliance, and operational governance.
Working closely with the Corporate Real Estate & Procurement Director, this role provides hands-on oversight of day-to-day facilities operations, vendor governance, and property-related risk management. The position also supports the execution of real estate strategy, workplace initiatives, capital projects, and sustainability reporting across a geographically diverse portfolio.
About the role
* Overseeing day-to-day facilities management operations across all corporate offices, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services.
* Managing soft and hard FM services, including cleaning, M&E, security, reception, and workplace support.
* Leading planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes and coordinating reactive maintenance and service requests.
* Acting as the central escalation point for office-related issues and coordinating timely vendor response and resolution.
* Delivering site-level Health & Safety compliance, fire safety oversight, and maintaining statutory documentation.
* Conducting evacuation drills, incident reporting, H&S investigations, and supporting internal and external audits.
* Managing statutory and regulatory compliance obligations, lease adherence, and maintaining compliance registers.
* Overseeing vendor governance, contract performance reviews, KPI/SLA monitoring, and supplier compliance with Group standards.
* Supporting office refurbishments, restacks, moves, and minor capital works, ensuring safe and effective delivery.
* Coordinating with consultants, service partners, and internal teams on project execution and space planning.
* Tracking and reporting energy, waste, water, and environmental metrics to support Group ESG objectives.
* Maintaining real estate and facilities data, dashboards, compliance updates, and inputs for board-level reporting.
About you
* Experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or workplace operations across multi-site portfolios.
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements, ideally with NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
* Knowledge of statutory building compliance, fire safety, lease obligations, and regulatory frameworks across UK and/or international jurisdictions.
* Experience managing outsourced FM providers, contractors, and professional service partners.
* Strong vendor governance skills, including performance management, KPI/SLA oversight, and compliance monitoring.
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track costs, and contribute to OPEX and CAPEX planning.
* Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with HR, IT, Finance, Risk, Legal, and senior leadership.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience supporting capital projects, workplace improvements, and office fit-outs.
* Familiarity with ESG reporting, environmental metrics, or sustainability initiatives is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across geographically dispersed teams.
