Job Title: Events Specialist – Investment Banking
Location: London
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office, but must be flexible)
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Your role
We are looking for a professional to partner with sales and research teams to identify investor targets, coordinate directly with investors to schedule corporate meetings, and deliver high-value tailored events/ roadshows for key equity clients, while also supporting the broader team with ad hoc tasks as required.
You will work with:
* Eight experienced originators in London, while covering various European corporates on a sector basis.
* Role will be based on the Global Markets equity trading floor.
Your expertise:
* Must have relevant experience in financial services and direct experience within sales, corporate access or event origination or similar.
* Well organised and able to multi-task work while delivering to multiple time sensitive deadlines.
* Must have excellent communication skills and ability to deal with stakeholders, and various teams including Sales and Research, Global Banking and Investor Relations/ Management at public companies.
* Willingness to take a flexible approach to work-day given the dynamic nature of the desk.
