Lead a high performing and dynamic team across retail, residential dining, functions and off-site catering for camps and sport. Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service. Be across the commercial aspects of this contract and drive success to meet KPI’s for client and Compass Group Australia. Build and leverage effective stakeholder relationships to achieve business objectives. Develop every team member by listening, coaching, supporting and encouraging them to optimize performance. People-centric role. THE PERSON Up to 5 years as a hospitality manager across multi-site venues or a similar role in hotels or restaurants or large-scale catering. Busy role must be passionate and an experienced operator. Experience across catering, retail and functions. Experience in HACCP, food and environmental safety. Ability to talk to allergen management. Flexible and agile approach. People centric management approach - will be working with a team of around 50. Must have a licence. Good communication and people management skills are essential.
