Job Title: Finance Systems Analyst
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 plus bonus earning potential (Depending Upon Experience)
Location: Milton Keynes/Hybrid - 2 days office-based, 3 days from home per week*.
*This may be more regularly during some of our busier, peak periods (up to 4 days per week on occasion) but you can expect to work from the office 1 to 2 days per week regularly.
What will you be doing?
(Including but not limited to)
1. Provide support for users of financial systems
2. Perform systems admin role to financial systems where relevant
3. Provide oversight on key financial system processes
4. Identify systems or process changes and perform change impact analysis
5. Participate in and provide finance focal point for upgrade and patch testing,
6. Provide error/conflict resolution support where system problems are identified
What you need to be successful:
Equipment/Technology Required:
7. SAP FI, Oracle Fusion, Coupa, Access, Excel, and advanced PC/IT knowledge sufficient to understand how users may be impacted by set-up and environment
8. Specific financial systems support experience
9. Super user-level support
10. Medium/large multi-site business experience
Required Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
11. Excellent mass-data-manipulation and data-analysis skills
12. Ability to work with IT colleagues to assist in their technical support and developments
13. Ability to communicate issues and processes to senior stakeholders where relevant
14. Highly effective customer service and influencing skills in helping non-finance, less technical colleagues on a day-to-basis
