EYFS Teacher Responsibilities As a EYFS teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care of children taking their first steps in promoting teamwork and cultivating a conducive learning environment. Teaching the EYFS curriculum to groups of children while also focusing on each individual child's learning targets, encouraging their strengths, and improving their weaknesses Keeping track of children's progress and occasionally reporting back to parents EYFS Teacher Requirements A qualified teacher status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent Experience in teaching EYFS students and preparing them for SATs exams A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent academic results A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment methodologies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Patience, resilience, and a passion for teaching A willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues Application The school offers a supportive work environment, career development opportunities, and competitive salary.
