As part of the Architecture team, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering education sector projects, especially those involving Department for Education (DfE) frameworks and Construction Engineering & Management (CEM) processes, contributing to buildings that inspire and support learning environments.

Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of education sector projects from early stages through to completion
Manage projects within DfE and CEM frameworks, ensuring compliance with standards and processes
Prepare architectural drawings, technical documentation and specifications
Coordinate with multi‑disciplinary teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders
Attend client meetings, design reviews and site visits with clarity and professionalism
Support junior team members through mentoring and guidance
Ensure designs meet project goals, quality standards and client expectationsIdeal Candidate
Qualified Architect (e.g., RIBA Part II/III or equivalent) with strong UK experience
Demonstrable experience in education architecture, particularly within DfE and CEM processes
Excellent understanding of technical design, detailing and delivery stages
Confident communicator with ability to lead project teams and engage with clients
Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, BIM and other design tools
Passionate about sustainable design, with a collaborative and solution‑focused mindset
