Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager (+ Photographer / Videographer) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking pictures and videos at all of our 4 branches (and upcoming locations) during service hours, creating content (creative posts and reels), developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, as well as the ability to analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Take photos and videos of our food / menu items at each location.
* Create exciting new content and reels to post on all of our social media platforms (facebook, instagram & Tik tok)
* Post daily (except monday) at our scheduled times
* Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
* Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms.
* Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on social media channels in a timely manner (And inbox messages and questions)
* Analyse social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and support promotional efforts.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, public relations, and digital marketing.
* Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
Skills
* Proven experience in public relations and social media management.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
* Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
* Familiarity with analytics tools to measure engagement and campaign effectiveness.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
