Contact Centre Manager Vacancy in Leicestershire
Basic: £50,000
OTE: £75,000
42.5-hour, 5-day working week on a rotaWe are looking for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to take charge of a high-performing automotive telesales operation. You’ll be leading a large, fast-paced team and driving performance, conversion, and customer experience across the department.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone from a dealership sales background or with proven experience managing an automotive call centre environment.

Managing a large telesales team of 17 executives, 2 centre supervisors, and 1 team leader
Driving sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates
Coaching and developing managers and advisors
Monitoring call quality, activity levels, and productivity
Implementing processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
Working closely with senior management to achieve commercial targetsWhat we’re looking for:
Proven experience managing a large telesales or contact centre team
Background in automotive dealership sales or automotive call centre leadership
Strong people-management and coaching skills
Commercially driven with a focus on results and performance
