We are representing a growing IT managed service provider based near Milton Keynes, looking to hire a Senior Support & Project Technician to join our team.
This is a key role combining advanced support, project work, and client-facing responsibility. We are looking for someone technically capable, customer-focused, and a strong cultural fit for a close-knit, sociable environment.
The role
You will act as a senior escalation point while supporting and delivering client projects across a varied customer base.
Responsibilities
* Provide advanced support and troubleshooting
* Act as an escalation point for the support team
* Deliver and support infrastructure and migration projects
* Carry out onsite client support and installations
* Investigate root causes and implement long-term fixes
* Maintain documentation and share knowledge
* Support and mentor junior team members
* Communicate clearly with clients at all levels
Technical background
Experience across some of the following:
* Microsoft 365
* Intune and endpoint management
* Windows Server
* Backup and disaster recovery
* Cybersecurity best practice
