Overview
Terumo Aortic is seeking an experienced Therapy Value Stream Manager – Digital to lead the development of our future Commercial Digital Solutions within the Therapy Value Stream. This role focuses on driving global strategy and execution of digital solutions aligned to the company’s commercial strategy, complementing our existing product portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Lead, formulate, and execute strategic marketing plans for the digital solutions portfolio.
* Collaborate with KOLs and internal and external contributors to set direction for digital solutions.
* Conduct competitor analysis, market assessments, and collect customer input.
* Support new solution development and business case creation for digital opportunities.
* Oversee launches, including training, marketing campaigns, and feedback monitoring.
* Manage the lifecycle of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
* Guide cross-functional Value Stream team members to meet delivery milestones.
* Collaborate with regulatory, IT, and R&D teams to address customer needs.
* Support global product training for sales, distributors, and clinical stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, MDR, and other quality and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required; digital product management background preferred.
* 10+ years of experience in the aortic medical device industry.
* Experience working with Marketing, Sales, IT, and R&D teams.
* Strong understanding of digital solutions, ideally in the aortic disease market.
* Proven track record in global digital product launch planning and execution.
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to interpret technical and clinical data for marketing activities.
* Experience collaborating with international teams across multiple geographies.
