About the Role: We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our client based in Essex, specialising in the construction and blue-collar sectors.

You will manage and grow a key client account that is currently billing every week, handling the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for construction and blue-collar roles, from sourcing candidates to offer and onboarding.
Take ownership of an existing client account, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Deliver against weekly billing targets and contribute to the growth of the client account.
Identify new business opportunities within the construction sector.
Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing knowledge and best practice.
Requirements: Proven recruitment experience, ideally within construction, trades, or blue-collar sectors.
Strong sales and business development skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
What We Offer: £32,000 base salary car allowance.
