Were looking for a hands-on, strategic M&A Integration & Platform Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and transformation of newly acquired adviser firms. This is a key role where youll bring together your operational expertise, M&A insight, and platform knowledge to help shape how acquired businesses integrate, operate, and thrive. Your Mission: Lead and manage the end-to-end integration of newly acquired financial advice firms, from due diligence to full operational onboarding. Design and deliver smooth transitions covering systems, platforms, and processes. Advise acquired firms on process optimisation, governance, and regulatory alignment. Partner with business owners and senior stakeholders to ensure a seamless journey from acquisition to full integration. Build and develop a small, high-performing team dedicated to delivering first-class onboarding and support. Continuously review and improve processes to drive scalability, efficiency, and best practice. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in M&A integration, operational transformation, and platform implementation within financial services or wealth management. Strong understanding of the UK advice and platform landscape, ideally with exposure to CRM or digital advice systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, comfortable engaging with firm principals, directors, and external partners. Strategic thinker with a practical, delivery-focused approach.
