Overview
We are looking for a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer to support the ongoing development, automation, and optimisation of a large-scale ServiceNow platform within a government environment.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow
* Implement automation and DevOps best practices
* Support development across ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM
* Build integrations using APIs and scripting
* Collaborate with architects and stakeholders
* Ensure platform performance, stability, and scalability
Requirements
* Active SC Clearance
* Strong experience as a ServiceNow Engineer / Developer
* Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps)
* Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, CSDM
* Strong scripting and integration experience
