GMS Adaptations Ltd is looking for an experienced Bathroom Fitter / Multi-Trader to join our growing team, covering Sussex and surrounding areas within a 50 mile radius of Newhaven (Bognor ? Rye ? up to Epsom).
NO London work. Immediate start available.
This is long-term, stable employment not short-term contracts.
Work Includes:
DFG level access showers
Full bathroom refurbishments
Void refurbishments
Duties:
1st & 2nd fix plumbing
Full bathroom installations
Wall & floor tiling
Wet rooms & level access showers
Patch plastering & making good
Basic carpentry (boxing-in, doors, etc.)
Package PAYE:
£35,000 £45,000 per year (DOE)
Company van + fuel
28 days holiday (increasing to 29 days after 5 years service)
Overtime available
Long-term, secure workload

Package Self employed:
£160 £220 per day (DOE)
