Randstad has an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team at a global market-leading distribution firm in Belfast (BT3). Join a supportive Belfast team as a Customer Service Administrator, providing essential 9-month maternity cover within a structured and inclusive environment. You will ensure customer orders run smoothly from start to finish while supporting sales teams Benefits Competitive Salary : £26,000 per annum pro rata. 9 month fixed term contract with scope for extension Work-Life Balance : Standard Monday to Friday hours with no weekend work required. Flexible Shifts : Choice of working 8.30am-4.30pm or 9am-5pm. Culture : A friendly and inclusive working environment. Development : Opportunities for training and professional development. Location : Conveniently based in the Duncrue area of Belfast. Requirements More than 6 months experience in a customer service administrative role. Specific industry experience is preferred (but not essential). Candidates MUST drive and have access to a car for commuting purposes. Proven ability to stay calm, professional and focused when things get busy. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping people. High level of attention to detail and a care for getting things right. Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks at once. Reliable and comfortable working within a structured, service-focused environment. Must be able to commit to a 9-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities Processing customer orders from start to finish, including entering orders and invoicing. Providing support to internal and external Account Managers across all product lines. Keeping customers updated and handling day-to-day questions and clarifications. Following up on open orders, payments or any outstanding issues. Working closely with Business Development Managers and the Logistics team to ensure smooth operations. Maintaining a professional and helpful approach to enhance the customer experience.
