Lead with vision, integrity and compassion, ensuring every young person receives bespoke, therapeutic care and support.
Be an advocate and champion for your staff and children, building a culture where safety, respect, and aspirations thrive.
Foster a home environment that is inclusive, resilient, warm and empowering.
Ensure all operational aspects run smoothly — including safeguarding, care planning, compliance, and team development.
Coach and mentor your team, helping them grow and progress, including facilitating QCF Level 3 qualifications.
Lead on budget management, service development and continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior role within a similar children’s residential setting.
Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People) — achieved or currently working towards.
Strong knowledge of key legislation including:
The Children Act 1989
Children’s Home Regulations
Safeguarding best practices
Proven experience managing budgets and operational performance.
A genuine passion and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children.
A full UK driving licence.
