Berkeley Scott is currently recruiting experienced Chef Managers to support a range of contract catering sites across Stafford and surrounding areas. This is flexible agency work with excellent rates and consistent opportunities.

Your role:
9. Overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations
10. Managing teams and ensuring smooth service
11. Menu planning and food production
12. Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
13. Managing stock, ordering, and kitchen compliance
What we’re looking for:
14. Previous experience as a Chef Manager within contract catering
15. Strong leadership and organisational skills
16. Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude
17. Level 2 Food Safety and Food Allergen certificates (essential)
18. Ability to travel locally (driver preferred due to some locations)
