The Executive Support Team provides efficient, professional services to members of the University's Executive. These roles support several members of the University's Executive Team.

Reporting to the Head of the Vice Chancellor's Office and Executive Support, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be proactive in supporting the achievement of the University's Strategy 2030 goals through assisting the Executive Team Member.

You will excel in a busy, demanding environment, capable of multi-tasking and prioritising effectively, working closely with the Executive Team Member to manage their portfolio.

Strong administrative and organisational skills are essential, ideally gained within a Higher Education environment and through supporting senior management staff. Basic project management skills and the ability to handle confidential issues appropriately are required. Using initiative and seeking guidance when needed are key attributes for this role.

You will be an active team member, supporting colleagues and contributing to university activities such as Graduation events, and greeting stakeholders and visitors to the University Executive Team.
