Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (Hybrid Working)
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
1. Reconcile and manage client accounts, ensuring payments are processed accurately and on time.
2. Build and maintain excellent client and third-party relationships to resolve account queries effectively.
3. Monitor outstanding balances and support the collection of overdue debt.
4. Analyse financial data to identify trends and support decision-making.
5. Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
6. Essential: Previous experience in credit control.
7. Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
8. Strong numerical and analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with financial or CRM systems is an advantage.
10. A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent time management skills.
