Lead CPD and succession planning to grow individual and team capability. Support reporting requirements for both Inspiro and JLR. KPI’s/Key Deliverables: Achievement Training programme KPIs. Apprentice and client feedback Trainer RAG status QAR Gateway pass rates First time EPA pass rates High grades Compliance with H&S requirements. Efficient use of resources and upskilling of training personnel.
