Location: Scania Milton Keynes Remuneration Package: Competitive Salary 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday) 25 Days Annual Leave Bank Holidays Additional Birthday day off A Range of Health & Wellbeing Resources Life Assurance Pension Remuneration Package: Competitive Salary 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday) 25 Days Annual Leave Bank Holidays Additional Birthday day off A Range of Health & Wellbeing Resources Life Assurance Pension Key Tasks and responsibilities: Drive performance to meet all KPIs linked to the Scania Apprenticeship training delivery Create and maintain strong relationships with Scania stakeholders Ensure compliance with Inspiro and Scania operational procedures/standards Present and respond to data and management information to meet client expectations Manage delivery and facilitate innovative, effective training solutions to support continuous improvement Ensure Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed at all times Additional Tasks and responsibilities: Drive delivery standards and continuous improvement across all training teams. Key Behavioural Competencies: Solution and results focussed Provide direction and communicate goals to the team. Ensure internal and external quality measures are met. Lead CPD and succession planning to grow individual and team capability. Support reporting requirements for both Inspiro and JLR. KPI’s/Key Deliverables: Achievement Training programme KPIs. Apprentice and client feedback Trainer RAG status QAR Gateway pass rates First time EPA pass rates High grades Compliance with H&S requirements. Efficient use of resources and upskilling of training personnel. Key Relationships: Scania Apprenticeship Manager Employers within the Scania network Inspiro Account Manager for Scania Qualifications/Experience: L&D qualifications Experience in training delivery and people management Background in Heavy Vehicle training delivery Understanding of OFSTED requirements Key Skills: Strong Leadership Skills People Management / development Excellent verbal / written communication skills Analytical and able to utilise data to inform decisions High attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem solving/decision making skills Key Behavioural Competencies: Creates and drives forward a culture that achieves results Differentiates Inspiro (as employer) and Scania (client) and represents both organisations positively and professionally Agile and creative approach to be flexible in meeting Inspiro/client demand
