Responsibilities:
1. Registering and qualifying potential buyers
2. Generating and conducting viewings
3. Canvassing to bring on new properties
4. Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
5. Preparing sales brochures
6. Developing relationships with clients
7. Providing ongoing advice to buyers and vendors
8. Booking appointments
9. Delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 months+ previous Estate Agency experience
* UK residency and ideally residing within a 30-minute commute of the area
* Full UK driving licence and own car
* High level of customer service skills
* Well-spoken with good telephone manner
* Well-presented
* Target-driven and ambitious
* Team player
* Highly motivated

* Basic salary of £28,000
* OTE £30,000 - £35,000 (Year 1)

* Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 6pm, Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, alternate Saturdays 9.30am - 3.30pm
