Overview
Electronics and Electrical Teaching Laboratory Supervisor. This is a full-time permanent post in the School of Electronics and Computer Science (ECS) at the University of Southampton.

Responsibilities
* Plan, sustain, and organise the technical delivery of core undergraduate and taught undergraduate specialist Electronics and Electrical Engineering (EEE) Laboratory sessions associated with ECS taught degrees.
* Support the School’s strategic growth of teaching facilities by managing the day-to-day running of ECS’s EEE laboratory, resources, and PC refresh cycle.
* Provide specialist technical support and advice to the School’s practical educational activities.
Qualifications
* A relevant degree qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or nearest equivalent).
* Proven experience in Electronic and Electrical practical work and proficient in object-oriented and procedural programming languages.
* Substantial experience in a relevant technical field with proven ability to plan work activities.

Successful delivery in this role will contribute to protecting the capital investment in ECS teaching facilities and to delivering maximum educational value from them.
