Your Role: As a Support Worker, you will:
* Provide high-quality personal care, supporting daily routines and emotional wellbeing

* Support the team in maintaining consistently high standards of care
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families
Skills & Attributes:
* A caring and patient nature
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
* Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential as full training can be provided
