Overview
McCann is on the hunt for a Senior Account Executive to work on our largest account which is one of the world's leading luxury automotive clients, Bentley Motors, creating best in class work for our clients. As Senior Account Executive, you'll be a key member of our client services team, working collaboratively with our project managers, creatives and strategists to deliver fully integrated marketing campaigns for major international brands. You'll have spent time in marketing/advertising agencies, but, most importantly, it’s your can-do attitude and approach we’re interested in.
You’re great at supporting with multiple projects under pressure, helping to get the team organised and ensuring everything is running smoothly. We put our client services team at the heart of the agency, drawing on specialisms across all channels.
Responsibilities
* Work with the account management team to ensure all jobs are scheduled on time and monitor progress through the Agency (using appropriate admin recording procedures)
* Respond promptly to client requests, managing expectations in terms of speed and delivery of response, using appropriate briefing/admin structures
* Build strong working relationships with both client and agency colleagues
* Fulfil all allotted tasks quickly, efficiently and to the highest possible standards
* Develop a good understanding of our client’s business, products and its competitors
* Attend client meetings and planning sessions
* Maintain systematic and efficient filing systems using online tools ensuring both timing and project plans are completed, maintained and made available for production and client use
* Efficiently traffic creative, design, development and artwork through appropriate studios
* Take a creative approach to client requests providing value added responses
* Brief all jobs accurately and expediently
* Check that client approvals are sought and given prior to commencement of any work
Qualifications
* Confident with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
* Ability to rapidly prioritize timely responses to client requests
* Independent and self-sufficient
* Strong attention to detail, including basic ad copy proofing
