We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant to join a specialist Post-16 setting in New Malden. The role is hands-on, rewarding, and focused on supporting young people as they prepare for adulthood, further study, or employment.
The role:
* Support learners aged 16+ with their studies and personal development
* Help build independence, confidence, and practical skills
* Work closely with teachers and staff to adapt learning to individual needs
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with young people or adults is helpful, but not essential
* A patient, adaptable approach and willingness to get stuck in
* A valid Child & Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to apply – we can help with this)
