Job Type: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours
Salary: £12.21 per hour

Lifeguard Role
As a Lifeguard, you are calm, confident, and ready to act. You’ll supervise customers in the pool area, keep people safe, and be prepared to deliver first aid or intervene when needed. You’ll need to be in control, challenge unsafe behaviour, and respond without panic when it matters most.
Key Requirements:
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or ability to pass the course)
Comfortable having difficult conversations
Able to remain calm under pressure
We’ll support your growth with opportunities to become a Swimming Teacher, Duty Manager, or Trainer, alongside regular training to keep your skills sharp.
Front of House Role
As our next Front of House team member, you’re friendly, approachable and love helping others. You’ll greet customers, provide guidance on activities and make bookings, keeping the reception area clean and welcoming.
Key Requirements:
Ideally experience in a customer-facing role, but full training will be provided
Confident communicator and team player
Enjoy solving problems and keeping things running smoothly
You’ll be at the heart of the centre, helping visitors feel welcome and encouraging them to return with a smile.
