Joining AMJ as a technical sales apprentice means becoming part of a supportive team where your development truly matters. You will gain hands-on experience in You will be trained and supported to carry out a variety of sales and business development tasks, including: • Prospecting for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and email campaigns. • Identifying and qualifying leads, understanding their challenges, and matching them to our solutions. • Building strong customer relationships, offering exceptional support before, during, and after a sale. • Assisting with quotations, proposals, and presentations. • Updating and managing the CRM system to track prospects and sales activities. • Participating in sales meetings and product demos with experienced colleagues. • Gaining product knowledge across IT services, including software, hardware, cloud, and cybersecurity. • Supporting wider marketing or event campaigns to generate leads. Firebrand’s sector-leading Level 3 IT Technical Salesperson Apprenticeship (L3ITTS) trains apprentices to sell their business’ technical products and services. Apprentices will develop approaches to maintaining good customer relations and winning new business through a thorough understanding of existing and emerging technologies. Training is delivered either online (live instructor-led) or face-to-face in the classroom (candidate’s choice).
