An exciting opportunity has arisen within the MiChild group, We are currently looking for enthusiastic and passionate Level 3 qualified Nursery nurses to work in our beautiful Stockport based nursery, Stepping Stones day nursery.
If you are highly motivated, flexible, experienced in working in Early Years and you have a genuine interest in working with children, then this is the role for you!

Essential Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in Early Years Childcare and Education or equivalent.
* Must be passionate and possess a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children attending the setting.
* To have a can do attitude and be adaptable to the needs of the nursery and company.
* To have a firm and broad understanding of the EYFS Statutory requirements and how to implement these.
Key Responsibilities:
* To prioritise the safeguarding of all children, staff and families that have access to the setting.
* To promote a fun, high quality environment for all children in our care.
* Ensuring the Welfare and Learning development requirements of all children are met at all times.
* To confidently and respectfully work in partnership with parents and carers.
* Undertake a shared responsibility for the health and safety of the nursery.
* Ensure all children are clean, loved and happy at all times.
* Adhere to all Policies and Procedures set out by the company.
* Be fully aware of all emergency and security procedures relating to the nursery.
* Take pride in the delivery of exciting and age appropriate activities.
* To confidently carry out planning, observations and next steps for your key group.
* To ensure mealtimes is a time of pleasant social sharing.
* To fully comply with our Confidentiality policy.
* To fully understand and promote the company’s Ethos and Core Values.
* To be a key player to ensure the nursery receives excellent outcomes in internal audits and those of external authorities such as Ofsted.

Salary
Up to £13.00 per hour depending on experience
